What is Cardio Tennis?   Cardio Tennis is a fun group activity for anyone at any playing level looking for a fun way to burn calories & interact with others outside of the gym.   Cardio Tennis is a high energy fitness activity that combines music with the best features of the sport of tennis with cardiovascular exercise, delivering the ultimate, full body, and calorie burning aerobic workout.

Our program combine both drills to deliver a full hour of workout and maximum carlorie burn.

H Drills.  The drills are focus on your footwork, weight distribution and form.  Stroke production is not what these drills are about.  After each stroke(s), the player will exit to the sides where they will go thru several activity stations before return to the line for another hit.
